Less than ten minutes from downtown Milwaukee, our office is accessible by I-43. We are located on Oakland Avenue in Shorewood, about five blocks north of Capitol Drive. Parking is available in a lot on the south end of the building and also on the street next to the clinic. We are in an office suite on the first floor of the building, and it is accessible to all persons.

We participate in most major insurance plans and accept cash, check or Visa/Mastercard. Flexible payment plans are also available.
